Holiday life will unfold in beautiful and tranquil sur­ro­un­dings when you choose this lovely summer house with its fantastic terrace areas. The house is located just a stone’s throw from the centre of Blokhus, yet nicely tucked away at the end of the quiet, closed Poppelvej.

Welcome inside

The summer house itself is a well-main­tai­ned and at­tra­cti­ve 86 m² property with an excellent layout for four holiday guests. There is no doubt that many updates have been made since the house was ori­gi­nal­ly built in 1940, which is evident as soon as you step into the bright and stylish rooms. The house features two bathrooms and two bedrooms, offering a com­fortab­le and fun­ctio­nal setup.

One bathroom and bedroom are located in a separate section on the lower level, with direct access from the terrace. This makes it an ideal sleeping area if, for example, you are ho­li­daying with a good friend or another couple. Everyone can gather in the main living area, where the kitchen, dining area and living room flow together beau­ti­ful­ly. The wood-burning stove adds extra cosiness, and the many windows ensure a lovely influx of natural light throug­hout the day.

Enjoy life outside

From the dining area, you have direct access to the large terrace, which is partially covered, nicely sheltered and slightly elevated on the gently sloping plot. Here you’ll find a dining table, sun loungers and lounge furniture, so it’s easy to find just the right spot to relax. There is also a smaller terrace on the opposite side of the house.

After a day at the beach, you can rinse off sand and saltwater using the outdoor shower, and if you feel like sleeping under the open sky, you can make use of the shelter located on the 1,182 m² plot.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

Poppelvej is a small, closed road perfectly situated between Blokhus Klit­plan­ta­ge and the cosy town centre. If you’d like to start the day with some exercise and fresh air, Gateway Blokhus is just around the corner, offering a fitness trail and a nature play­gro­und. From here, a mountain bike trail also leads further into the plan­ta­tion.

If ice cream or a nice lunch is more appealing, you can easily stroll into the town centre, where you’ll find a good selection of re­stau­rants and ice cream parlours. Blokhus Beach is about one kilometre away from the house, making it easy to head down for a re­fres­hing swim in the North Sea whenever the mood strikes.
