The 80 m² house was built in 2013 in a simple, modern style. The colour palette is light, and the sense of space feels espe­ci­al­ly inviting thanks to the large windows that let the daylight stream in.

As a luxurious detail, there is un­der­floor heating throug­hout the entire house—not only in the bathroom and the three bedrooms, but also in the living area, which combines kitchen and lounge in an open layout. It’s a wonderful space whether you’re preparing delicious holiday meals in the well-equipped kitchen or relaxing with good books and board games in the sofa area.

Enjoy life outside
When the summer sun shines from a blue sky, the terrace en­viron­ment is the perfect place to be. There are both covered and fully open seating areas, and thanks to the sheltered layout, it almost feels like a private courtyard—ideal for sun­bat­hing or enjoying a summer lunch in complete privacy.

With com­fortab­le garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue and a parasol, you’ll have eve­ryt­hing you need to enjoy your stay. And just outside the bathroom you’ll find a screened outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off sand and salt water when you return from the beach.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From this small holiday-home street you have easy access to all the wonderful ex­pe­ri­en­ces Blokhus has to offer. If you want to shop or dine out, the town centre offers a good selection of shops and re­stau­rants, and during the summer the central square often hosts concerts and other cosy events.

Mini golf and waterpark visits are also possible, and if your main goal is simply to head to the beach for a swim in the North Sea, it’s wonderful that the walk takes less than ten minutes.
