Welcome to a very well-main­tai­ned and beau­ti­ful­ly kept holiday home. Eve­rywhe­re you can sense the owners’ refined taste in fur­nis­hing and choice of materials. The house ac­com­moda­tes up to ten overnight guests, making it ideal for two families wishing to spend their holiday together: five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and several living areas designed for spending time together, relaxing, and enjoying cozy moments. The dining room features a lovely wood-burning stove, and several rooms offer direct access to the spacious terraces. The large bathroom includes both a spa bath and a sauna, creating a true wellness at­mosp­he­re. In the shed you will find a washing machine and dryer, making it easy to keep towels and swimwear clean and dry. There is also free wireless internet, so feel free to bring your laptop or tablet on holiday.

Enjoy life outside
There are terraces on several sides of the house. Some are open, one is covered, and several have wind­bre­aks, so you can always find a sheltered sunny spot where you can enjoy the best of the Danish summer. The lawn provides plenty of space for ball games and play, and there is a sandbox and swing for the youngest members of the family.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
På Bakken is located on the outskirts of Blokhus, only a short walk from groceries, shops, and re­stau­rants. The town also offers a large water park and fitness & wellness centre, and during all holiday seasons there is an extensive activity programme featuring eve­ryt­hing from music and food markets to kite flying and duck races in the stream.

The North Sea is, of course, a must-see. No matter the season, the sea, the waves, and the sand provide a fa­sci­nat­ing and ever-changing landscape. And right behind the house lies the large Blokhus Dune Plan­ta­tion, offering a big and chal­len­ging natural play­gro­und, a vast network of walking and running trails, and several routes for those who love the thrill of mountain biking.
