This holiday home can ac­com­moda­te multiple families and is an excellent choice for a vacation year-round if you want to be close to the North Sea.

Welcome inside
The house is beau­ti­ful­ly main­tai­ned and com­fortably furnished, offering plenty of space for everyone. With four bedrooms and two lofts, it can ac­com­moda­te up to 12 guests. Two bathrooms ensure there’s no morning queue for the toilets. The kitchen, dining area, and living room together form the central living space, complete with a wood stove and TV, and you can easily keep an eye on the activity room and the outdoor grounds.

Child-friendly features include a washing machine, tumble dryer, changing station, crib, and high chair. Free Wi-Fi is also available for older children, so bringing tablets or laptops is a good idea.

Ori­gi­nal­ly built as a pool house, the pool area has been converted into a fantastic activity room with a wide range of en­tertain­ment options, including a pool table and Play­Sta­tion. Adjacent to the activity room is a wellness area with a spa and sauna. If you want to swim, the house comes with a special ar­ran­ge­ment allowing up to 8 guests unlimited daily access to the Blokhus water park during your stay.

Enjoy life outside
The house sits on a large natural plot with a lovely lawn, perfect for a football match or two during your stay. The south-facing, partially covered terrace is ac­ces­sib­le from the living room, with ad­di­tio­nal cozy terraces near the entrance and on the east side of the house. For children, there is a swing and sandbox, while adults can enjoy a pétanque court. Guests also have free access to the tennis and football courts on the ho­meow­ners’ as­so­ci­a­tion grounds.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The charming Saltum area offers excellent op­portu­ni­ties for walking or cycling on the extensive network of trails, including visits to Lille Norge or the beautiful Nols Lake. Saltum town provides shopping and specialty stores, and every May the popular Wool Festival takes place. Fårup Som­mer­land is not far from the house and is a must for families who love fun and adventure. The North Sea at Saltum Beach is just over a kilometer away, making it easy to enjoy both beach and nature throug­hout your stay.
