A wonderful holiday awaits both young and old in this lovely holiday home in Saltum. Indoors, you can enjoy the luxury of the inviting pool area, while the large natural plot offers plenty of space for play and re­laxa­tion in the fresh air.

Welcome inside
With its 150 m², this beau­ti­ful­ly renovated holiday home is very spacious, making it easy to invite extended family or friends along on holiday. The four bedrooms provide sleeping space for a total of 10 guests: two rooms with double beds, one with two single beds, and the fourth with two bunk beds. In addition, there are two loft spaces connected to the large, well-designed living room with an in­te­gra­ted kitchen area – one of the lofts even has a Play­Sta­tion installed.

The living area boasts several great features: a cosy wood-burning stove, a TV with Chro­mecast and a wine fridge in the well-equipped kitchen. The room’s large windows not only provide views of the garden, but also of the indoor pool area, where you can splash around in the swimming pool or lean back in the spa bath. The pool is equipped with a children’s section, ensuring that even the youngest guests can safely join the fun. A sauna is also part of the pool area, po­si­tio­ned next to one of the two stylishly renovated bathrooms.

The house is equipped with a multi-room music system, allowing you to set the mood in the living area, pool area and on the terrace. Another nice feature in the pool area is the dimmable lighting.

Enjoy life outside
Just like the house, the plot is im­pres­si­ve­ly large: here you have 2,092 m² at your disposal, including a spacious lawn with a play tower, tram­po­li­ne, sandbox and football goal. In addition to the child-friendly amenities, you’ll also find a wood-fired hot tub and a lovely partially covered terrace facing south – perfect for soaking up the sun. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, and to the west you have a view of open natural landsca­pes. As an added bonus, you have free access to a tennis court located very close to the holiday home. It’s also possible to charge an electric car using the house’s Type 2 charging socket.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Saltum is a wonderful place to spend your holiday, offering peace and quiet, scenic sur­ro­un­dings and short distances to the North Sea, local shops in Saltum town and the popular, family-friendly Fårup Som­mer­land.

From the small cul-de-sac where the house is located, you can walk along paths and quiet lanes through the beautiful coastal landscape on your way to the beach. Saltum Beach is a lovely bathing beach with white sand as far as the eye can see. Another im­pres­si­ve sight in the local area is the view over the protected nature reserve "Lille Norge," which can be enjoyed from the highest hill in the area, Guldagerhøj.
