This spacious holiday home is equipped with a spa and sauna in the bathroom, a wood-burning stove in the living room, great play fa­ci­li­ties and a lovely outdoor terrace – all set in peaceful sur­ro­un­dings at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.

Welcome inside
Inside, the 112 m² are cleverly utilised, and the layout is well thought-out so that up to 10 people can enjoy a holiday here. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, one has two single beds, and the fourth offers two bunk beds – making it, for example, a cosy sleeping space for the children. If you're a large group, it’s con­ve­ni­ent that the house has two bathrooms, and the larger one even features a spa bath and sauna, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The main social hub of the house is the spacious living room, which has a high, vaulted ceiling, light wooden wall panels and large windows facing the terrace and the green grounds. A wood-burning stove stands at the centre of the room, and the open-plan con­nection to the kitchen ensures that even when you’re cooking, you can still take part in con­ver­sa­tions and enjoy the company.

Enjoy life outside
The plot measures no less than 1,711 m², giving you plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy holiday life. A lawn surrounds the house, while natural ve­ge­ta­tion provides shelter on several sides. The play fa­ci­li­ties include a sandbox, swings and a small slide for the youngest guests, while visitors of all ages can enjoy the wonderful, partially covered terrace that wraps around the southern end of the house.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Saltum is a popular holiday area with beautiful nature and a pleasant at­mosp­he­re. It’s lovely to walk or cycle along the small paths and roads in the hilly landscape – for example to the nearby Kettrup Bjerge, where Ørnbjerg, at 43 metres above sea level, offers great views of the coastline and the North Sea. If you want to get close to the water, the beach is about one kilometre away – a wide, scenic sandy beach with plenty of space to play and relax.

You can also take great day trips to Jambo Feriepark with its large mini-golf course, or to Fårup Som­mer­land, which offers a huge aquapark and lots of fun rides.
