Welcome inside
Throug­hout the house, you’ll find a sense of cozy comfort and elegant style. The living room flows into the kitchen, which is fully equipped with modern ap­pli­an­ces and con­ve­ni­en­ces. Large windows and a vaulted ceiling fill the space with the beautiful light of North Jutland. From the living room, there is direct access to one of the home’s lovely terraces.

There is an entrance area for hanging coats and storing shoes after a day of ad­ven­tu­res. A hallway leads to a beau­ti­ful­ly appointed bathroom, complete with both a spa bath and sauna—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. From the hallway, you also have access to two of the bedrooms, each with com­fortab­le beds, while the third bedroom with a cozy double bed is accessed from the living room. This is truly a wonderful holiday home for a family or couples who want to spend quality time together—a perfect choice all year round.

Enjoy life outside
The house sits on a spacious, open natural plot with plenty of sky above. There are wooden terraces on three sides of the house, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or warm summer evenings with wine and barbecue. Outdoor furniture, a grill, parasol, and lounge chairs are provided. The large lawn offers plenty of space for games and play—perfect for children and the young at heart.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Saltum offers easy access to many at­tra­ctions: Fårup Som­mer­land with a wide variety of rides and acti­vi­ties, Jambo Feriepark with the Nordic region’s largest and most im­pres­si­ve mini-golf course, Action House in Løkken with go-karting and bowling, and the protected Lille Norge area with beautiful nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces. Of course, the mag­ni­fi­cent North Sea is less than 2 km from the house, perfect for swimming, paddling, and playing all day long. Saltum town has good shopping options, and both Blokhus and Løkken offer excellent op­portu­ni­ties for dining and shopping. The sur­ro­un­ding area also provides marked trails for hiking or cycling down to Saltum Beach, con­si­de­red one of the best in the region.
