Although located in a well-establis­hed holiday home area, the views of the property’s beautiful trees give you the feeling of staying com­ple­te­ly secluded on the edge of a forest. Wildlife clearly thrives in these scenic sur­ro­un­dings, and you may well spot deer or hares passing by outside while enjoying your morning coffee at the dining table.

When the holiday home was built in 2006, it was designed with large window sections—and espe­ci­al­ly in the living area, you will truly ap­pre­ci­a­te the green views and excellent natural light. The living area features a vaulted ceiling, a wood-burning stove, and open access to a well-equipped kitchen, while the tasteful fur­nis­hin­gs further enhance the warm and inviting at­mosp­he­re.

The fun­ctio­nal layout also includes three bedrooms, all furnished with com­fortab­le double beds, and one of the two bathrooms offers pure in­dul­gen­ce with both a sauna and a hot tub.

Enjoy life outside
When the sun draws you outdoors, life can be enjoyed in complete privacy on the lovely terraces. One of them is covered, making it a wonderful spot to sit with birdsong from the treetops, a beau­ti­ful­ly set garden table, and a re­fres­hing drink while preparing dinner on the barbecue. Sur­ro­un­ding the house is a lawn, and beyond that, the ex­cep­tio­nal­ly large natural plot features a charming woodland area with its own shelter, truly com­ple­ting the holiday idyll.

The holiday home is beau­ti­ful­ly situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, ensuring peace and tranquil­li­ty at your holiday address. The natural sur­ro­un­dings are stunning—not only at the house itself, but also throug­hout the wider Rødhus area. Whether you explore on foot, by bicycle, or by car, you will be impressed by the beautiful forests, open he­at­hlands, and dune grass-covered hills. Just two ki­lo­metres away lies the North Sea and its expansive coastline.

Rødhus Beach is a wonderful place for swimming, and it is also highly recom­men­ded to continue on to Blokhus if you wish to combine a beach trip with a delicious meal or a tra­di­tio­nal Danish waffle ice cream in this popular seaside town.
