A lovely, spacious summer house with room for many, nestled in the beautiful nature of Saltum.

Welcome inside
We are pleased to present a truly wonderful summer house that can ac­com­moda­te up to 12 people. One part of the house consists of a large, open living area with a fully equipped kitchen. The room is bathed in the beautiful North Jutland light streaming through large windows, creating the perfect space to gather for board games at the dining table or to enjoy a movie on the large sofa. On chilly days, you can cozy up by the centrally placed wood-burning stove.

The other part of the house is the sleeping area with six bedrooms, arranged in pairs sharing a bathroom. This setup is ideal for multiple families traveling together or for creating a teen-friendly area for older children. Near the stairs to the loft, there is a small play area where younger children can enjoy books, games, dolls, and other toys. This is a de­light­ful, family-friendly summer house, providing a perfect setting for many memorable holidays in North Jutland.

Enjoy life outside
The house is set on a 4,000 m² natural plot with lovely views of the fa­sci­nat­ing dune landscape. On the property, there is a swing and sandbox for the children, and terraces on the east, south, and west sides of the house ensure plenty of outdoor space for re­laxa­tion, sun­bat­hing, and preparing delicious barbecue meals.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The summer house is just 850 meters from the vast and bre­ath­taking North Sea. If you’re up for a walk, the easiest route is along Kor­dals­vej and the final path through the dunes. If you have beach gear for a full day, we recommend driving via Saltum Strandvej. Denmark’s most exciting amusement park, Fårup Som­mer­land, is only a few ki­lo­me­ters away, offering fun and thrills for the whole family, along with great food at the park’s cozy re­stau­rants.
