Beautiful summer house in a family-friendly area close to the North Sea

This holiday home is neat and well-main­tai­ned, situated on a lovely natural plot close to the North Sea and Saltum. It’s a great choice for those who want a vacation near the water, with op­portu­ni­ties to both relax and stay active.

Welcome inside
The house is cozy and inviting, with an open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen—an ideal gathering spot for the family. Here you can enjoy meals, relax by the fireplace with a good book, or watch a movie. Internet is of course available, so feel free to bring your tablet or laptop. A small hallway leads to the charming bathroom with a shower. There is also an annex with a garage and an ad­di­tio­nal room, which houses the washing machine.

Enjoy life outside
A large, beautiful terrace runs along three sides of the house, so there’s always a sunny spot or a sheltered corner out of the wind. Espe­ci­al­ly notable is the large terrace between the house and the garage, perfect for enjoying long summer evenings with barbecue, a glass of wine, or a cup of coffee. Both inside and outside, the house combines fun­ctio­na­li­ty with the cozy charm of a classic Danish summer home. Garden furniture and a grill are, of course, provided.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The North Sea is just over 800 meters away, with its blue waters and wide, white sandy beach—a perfect place for the family to spend the day swimming, playing, paddling, or building sandcast­les. Saltum Beach is con­si­de­red one of the best in the area and is often quieter than nearby beaches in Blokhus and Løkken. The Saltum area, where the holiday home is located, is dominated by beautiful nature, including several protected gems such as Lille Norge with stunning viewpo­ints. A short drive takes you to a fishing park, Europe’s largest African-themed mini golf course at Jambo Holiday Park, and countless other at­tra­ctions for the whole family at Fårup Sum­mer­land. Saltum town also offers shopping and galleries.
