Welcome inside
If the wellness area alone doesn’t convince you to book a stay, the rest of the house certainly will. This 148 m² holiday home was fully renovated in 2022, and the mo­der­niza­tion has been so suc­ces­sful that the bright rooms strike a perfect balance between classic charm and stylish comfort—think boutique seaside hotel, but all to your­sel­ves. While the four bedrooms feature a classic design, the open kitchen is ultra-modern and well-equipped, giving you excellent con­di­tions for cooking. In addition to the wellness area, the layout includes another bathroom and two living areas: the open kitchen connects to a cozy fireplace lounge, and adjacent to it is another sitting room with even more bre­ath­taking views.

Enjoy life outside
The outdoor spaces are equally im­pres­si­ve. In front of the house is a large west-facing terrace where you can enjoy views of the soft dunes and swaying marram grass—and perhaps even catch a glimpse of the sea on the horizon. If the wind comes from the west, you can move to the east-facing terrace, another lovely spot with com­fortab­le outdoor furniture and sun loungers.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The house is located on Kohlsvej, a quiet dead-end street, making it a peaceful place to stay. Neig­h­bor­ing houses are beau­ti­ful­ly situated in the rolling landscape. If you want to reach Saltum Beach, you can walk along a small gravel road and finish the last stretch along a dune path. It’s only about 500 meters, so in just a few minutes you’ll be at the North Sea and ready for a swim. Afterward, you can relax on the beach—or stroll back and sunbathe on the terrace. From the holiday home, there are also great op­portu­ni­ties for walks in the local area, and Saltum town is close by for shopping or dining out.
