The house is divided into two levels, giving you the option to spread out and enjoy some privacy – a great advantage if you’re tra­vel­ling with teenagers. On the first floor, you’ll find the kitchen, a bedroom, and the living room with a wood-burning stove and large panoramic windows offering a wonderful view of the sur­ro­un­ding landscape. The ground floor features two ad­di­tio­nal bedrooms, a smaller bathroom with a shower, and a spacious, luxurious bathroom with both a shower, spa bath and sauna – a true wellness room where you can easily spend an hour or two in peace and quiet. The entire house is built with high-quality materials and ta­ste­ful­ly furnished with com­fortab­le furniture. You’ll also find all the necessary modern ap­pli­an­ces to make your holiday as stress-free as possible, and there’s free Wi-Fi available if you bring your own laptop or tablet.

Outdoor area

The holiday home is located on a gently sloping dune plot with beach grass and rosehip bushes, offering good shelter from the westerly wind. There are terraces on several sides of the house and on both floors, so you can always find a sunny spot and make the most of the lovely summer days. Garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue are naturally available for guests to enjoy.

Location

The location of the holiday home—just 350 metres from the North Sea—makes it easy to enjoy a true beach holiday. A small path right outside the door leads you directly to the beach, so morning and evening swims are a must. The town of Blokhus is also just a short walk away and offers great shopping op­portu­ni­ties, charming boutiques and renowned re­stau­rants. During the main holiday seasons, the town has a lively programme of events, including the tra­di­tio­nal evening cannon fire on the beach. If you’d like to stay active, you can buy access to the fitness centre at Danland, which also features a large water park and wellness area—perfect for a grey or rainy day. A drive along the West Coast will take you past several small, charming seaside towns, each with its own unique character, and in Aalborg you can visit the Zoo, various museums, or simply enjoy the cosy at­mosp­he­re of the pe­de­stri­an streets.
