Welcome inside
The 93 m² well-main­tai­ned house offers plenty of cozy spots to relax. In the living area, you can gather around the dining table for meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. Afterward, unwind in the sofa area near the wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV. A small staircase leads down to a bright con­ser­va­tory, where sunlight and views of the dunes and nearby holiday homes remind you that you are far from everyday life. The layout also includes three com­fortab­le bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is a washing machine, dryer, and extra re­fri­ge­ra­tor in the out­bu­il­ding.

Enjoy life outside
When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun and fresh air on the 1,542 m² natural plot. A bench atop a small dune offers scenic views, and the southwest-facing terrace, enclosed with glass, provides another perfect vantage point. For more privacy, a lovely, enclosed courtyard lies southeast of the house.

From Karnøevej, you have easy access to both lively town life and beautiful nature. The North Sea is a stunning sight in any season, and a long walk in the wind or a sun-soaked dip in the waves will recharge your energy. A café is just 400 meters away, and Blokhus town center offers a variety of re­stau­rants, ice cream shops, and stores. Blokhus Gateway is ideal for exploring the nature play­gro­und and fitness trail, and if you have bikes—or rent them—you can venture further into Blokhus Klit­plan­ta­ge to enjoy the peaceful forest paths.
