Welcome inside

With its green sedum roof, the house blends naturally into the landscape, and thanks to its elevated position, you’ll be treated to stunning views across the dunes and the sea. Indoors, the at­mosp­he­re is bright and airy with high ceilings, light colours and pleasant daylight throug­hout the day.

In the evening, you can look forward to watching the western sky glow above the ocean as the sun goes down, while you relax in the sofa — perhaps with the wood-burning stove lit and something delicious in the oven in the open kitchen. The bathroom includes a shower and un­der­floor heating, six beds are evenly di­stri­bu­ted across three bedrooms, and you also have access to a cosy loft space designed as a play corner for the children.

Enjoy life outside

On the spacious 2500 m² plot, there’s plenty of room for both play and re­laxa­tion. Children will enjoy the sandbox and various outdoor toys, and they might also find the hammock perfect for a quiet break while the adults enjoy a cup of coffee after lunch.

There are terraces facing east, south and west, making it easy to find a sunny spot throug­hout the day. The sea view — along with the chance to spot wildlife such as deer and birds — adds an extra touch of magic to your time outdoors.

Here at Saltum Beach, you’ll have the perfect base for a family holiday. Karen Mariesvej is a quiet, dead-end road, and the sur­ro­un­ding area offers plenty of space between holiday homes, creating a peaceful at­mosp­he­re in the hilly landscape.

It only takes a few minutes to walk to the wide beach along the North Sea. Whether the water is calm or the waves are rolling in with white foam, the west coast is a wonderful place to spend your holiday. With easy access to Saltum, Blokhus and Løkken, you’ll have plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for shopping, dining and city life. Families with children will un­doub­ted­ly want to visit Fårup Som­mer­land, and there are many other great at­tra­ctions and sights to explore throug­hout North Jutland.
