Newly built, spacious quality house with beautiful terraces

There is plenty of space for everyone in this lovely quality summer house, built in 2022 and ta­ste­ful­ly decorated. Even the car can be parked in a spacious garage – and it could pra­cti­cal­ly stay there for much of the holiday, as from this address, it’s possible to walk or cycle to the dune plan­ta­tion, the beach, and the charming town center of Blokhus.

Welcome inside

The summer house is 120 m² in size, and with three bedrooms featuring com­fortab­le double beds, as well as two nice bathrooms, the layout is ideal for both a family holiday and a getaway with good friends. A spacious utility room is located in the out­bu­il­ding, where you can wash and dry clothes if necessary during the holiday. Cooking and enjoying cozy con­ver­sa­tions over dinner can take place in the main house, in the beautiful living area with vaulted ceilings and large windows facing three di­rections. A sofa area with a flat-screen TV is placed at one end of the room, so there is also space for more relaxing moments with good books, knitting, and movie nights.

Enjoy life outdoors

Outside, you have several lovely terraces to choose from. To the south of the house, you can enjoy the sun and summer life on an open wooden terrace, which is well shielded from the west wind. On the other side of the house, you’ll find a large covered terrace area, which will quickly become a favorite spot in the evening when you want to grill and enjoy the bright summer sky. The lawn offers plenty of space for playing and kicking a ball, and the car can safely be parked in the garage. Please note that the bikes in the photo are not available for use – however, there is an option to charge an electric car if you arrive in one.

Get close to local ex­pe­ri­en­ces

From Fre­de­rik­sens­vej, you can easily get around Blokhus, whether you head towards the dune plan­ta­tion, the popular Gateway area, or the charming town center. The beach is about 1.2 ki­lo­me­ters away, and if you feel like doing something cultural, you can visit Hune to ex­pe­ri­en­ce the Museum of Paper Art, the Sculpture Park, or Anne Just's Garden. If you'd like to play mini-golf, footgolf, or try pottery, you can do so at Fun Art Blokhus, and the kids will likely be thrilled if you invite them to Fårup Som­mer­land, which is just a few ki­lo­me­ters away.
