You’ll find this lovely holiday home on a quiet street in the popular Ferren Syd area – close to Blokhus town, the North Sea, and the large dune plan­ta­tion. On your own plot, you can enjoy the holiday at­mosp­he­re sheltered by a grassy dune, and inside, you’ll find eve­ryt­hing you need to relax and unwind.

Welcome inside

This 120 m² holiday home was built in 2006 and features an excellent layout for six people. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, which also includes a bathroom and a cozy corner where the children can play or the family’s teenager can enjoy some time alone with their phone. On the ground floor, you’ll find another spacious bathroom and the third bedroom next to the entrance, while the kitchen and living room are connected in an open layout with windows facing southwest. The well-equipped kitchen offers great working con­di­tions, including an American-style fridge, a coffee machine, and other nice details. The living room is a wonderful gathering place for the whole family, featuring a built-in fireplace for cooler days. In the evenings, you can curl up in the sofa area with snacks on the table and a good movie on the flat-screen TV.

Enjoy life outside

If the weather calls for terrace re­laxa­tion with a barbecue and sun­bat­hing rather than cozying up indoors, you can look forward to enjoying the holiday home’s outdoor areas. A paved terrace is nicely sheltered between the house and the carport, and the southwest-facing terrace over­look­ing the un­du­lat­ing natural plot is also a lovely spot to spend time. You could easily stay here for hours, but it’s also tempting to make use of the shared fa­ci­li­ties, which include a tennis court, a multi-purpose sports field, and a fun play­gro­und.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

Here on the quiet street, you’ll be sur­ro­un­ded by peaceful and idyllic sur­ro­un­dings. At the end of the road, you can follow the paths directly into Blokhus Dune Plan­ta­tion – perfect for a morning jog or a quick walk with the dog. The whole family can also have fun at the popular Gateway area, which features an outdoor fitness trail, nature play­gro­und, bonfire site, and more, all set in a clearing in the forest. You also have easy access to the beautiful beach and the North Sea, and if you want to head into town for lunch, a bit of shopping, or to find the area’s biggest ice cream, the walk is plea­sant­ly short.
