Welcome inside
With a total floor area of 164 m², the house com­fortably ac­com­moda­tes up to six guests. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor along with a bathroom, while the ground floor offers a third bedroom and an ad­di­tio­nal bathroom. Near the entrance, you will also find a practical utility room, while the open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room are situated at the other end of the house.

The im­pres­si­ve ceiling height, large windows, and open con­nection to the first-floor landing create a wonderful sense of light and space. Un­der­floor heating in the living areas adds extra comfort during cooler seasons, and lighting the wood-burning stove is the perfect way to relax—lean back, enjoy the view of the flames, and savor a good cup of coffee.

Enjoy life outside
From the open-plan kitchen and dining area, you have direct access to a south-facing terrace, making it easy to take your coffee outside and enjoy the sunshine. From the living room, there is access to an east-facing morning terrace, and in front of the house you will find ample space to park one or two cars.

This means you have easy access to excellent running and cycling routes as well as the popular Gateway area, which offers a nature play­gro­und, fitness trail, campfire site, and much more.

The charming town center of Blokhus is also within com­fortab­le walking distance, and Blokhus Beach awaits if you wish to swim in the North Sea or enjoy a stroll along the shoreline.
