The cube-shaped property consists of a main house of 100 m² and an annex of 50 m², connected by a covered walkway, so you can move between the buildings without getting wet. The layout is ideal for eight people – perfect for two families – as the four bedrooms and two bathrooms are evenly divided between the two buildings. The high quality and stylish interior are evident throug­hout – for example, in the large bathroom, which features a fre­e­stan­ding bathtub and a double sink. The house also includes eve­ryt­hing from a practical utility room to a lovely home cinema with real cinema seats, allowing you to enjoy movie marathons during your holiday. There is also a flat-screen TV in the living room, though it competes with the stunning view of the lake’s shim­me­ring surface and the sur­ro­un­ding green trees. The room is beau­ti­ful­ly lit by natural light, and thanks to the double-sided fireplace, you can also enjoy the fli­ck­e­ring flames while cooking in the open kitchen or dining at the table.
