The house offers a well-planned layout and practical design with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which features a de­light­ful bathtub. This makes it ideal for two families ho­li­daying together, while still allowing everyone to retreat and enjoy some privacy when needed.

The interior features light wood, high ceilings and plenty of windows that let in wonderful natural light. At the centre of the house you’ll find the kitchen with a cosy dining nook and access to the utility room, which includes a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. In general, the house is well-equipped with ap­pli­an­ces and con­ve­ni­en­ces to make your holiday as relaxing as possible.

In the living room you can enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove, settle into the rocking chair with a good book, or use the tablet on the wireless internet. You can also step into the large, bright con­ser­va­tory, where the sun quickly warms the room. From most rooms you can look out over the charming dune plot, and if you’re lucky, a roe deer or pheasants may stroll right past the house.

Enjoy life outside

The outdoor fa­ci­li­ties are among the loveliest in the entire area. The holiday home sits at the foot of a dune landscape, offering plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for children to play on the hills or explore the many trees located on the front part of the property.

On the three large terraces you’ll find several sheltered corners where you can enjoy the sun during the day or dine outdoors in the evening with food from the grill.


Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Not far from the house you’ll find both Denmark’s best amusement park, Fårup Som­mer­land, and the Nordic region’s largest mini golf course at Jambo Feriepark—both gu­a­ran­te­ed to delight children and the young at heart.

Daily shopping can be done at the large grocery store in Saltum, and the town also has several spe­ci­a­li­ty shops such as a butcher, arts and crafts, yarn shops and galleries.

When spending your holiday in the Saltum area, you have great op­portu­ni­ties for excur­sions throug­hout most of North Jutland. The charming coastal towns of Løkken, Lønstrup, Tversted and Skagen are strung like pearls along the west coast, and if you are in the mood for a city ex­pe­ri­en­ce, Aalborg offers a zoo, museums, pe­de­stri­an streets and a wealth of re­stau­rants and cafés.
