The holiday home was re­fur­bis­hed inside and out in 2022, giving it a bright and inviting at­mosp­he­re throug­hout. It now serves as a perfect base for a family vacation. With three bedrooms—one with a bunk bed and two with double beds—you may even have room to invite the grand­pa­rents along. The spacious bathroom features a large shower, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The U-shaped kitchen, complete with dis­hwas­her and stove, opens up to the de­light­ful living area. Depending on the season, you can light the wood stove before settling in with board games and snacks for a relaxed afternoon in the lounge.

Enjoy life outside
The 1,450 m² plot is a wonderful place to be. The large lawn invites ball games and outdoor fun, while there is also ample space for sun­bat­hing and barbecues on the charming terrace areas. The property is well-screened with sur­ro­un­ding hedges for privacy, and the quiet, dead-end road further enhances the peaceful and secluded feel.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Brune Banke is situated in the heart of the charming Saltum Strand­park holiday area, with small, quiet streets and a laid-back at­mosp­he­re. During peak season, you are within walking distance of the local con­ve­ni­en­ce store on the nearby campsite, and for larger shopping trips, Saltum town is easily ac­ces­sib­le. Jambo Holiday Park is a must for mini-golf ent­hu­si­asts, and Fårup Som­mer­land is perfect for children and adults alike. The beach and the roaring North Sea are just a couple of ki­lo­me­ters away, and on foot or by bike, you can explore the winding paths and scenic roads of the sur­ro­un­ding co­un­trysi­de.
