The house is a modern one from 2014, but with its green roof and black wooden façade, its classic style is already evident from the outside. Indoors, a fine balance has likewise been achieved between clean-lined design and cosy details, which together create an original holiday home at­mosp­he­re. For example, the kitchen area provides you with an excellent workspace when preparing meals, while the fireplace insert in the living room adds warmth and at­mosp­he­re when lit in the evening. And re­gard­less of the time of day, you can enjoy mag­ni­fi­cent views of the beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings – even with the North Sea visible on the horizon thanks to the home’s elevated location. In addition to the living room with in­te­gra­ted kitchen area, the house offers a bathroom and three good bedrooms with a total of six sleeping places.

Enjoy life outside
You can certainly also enjoy the panoramic views of the wild North Jutland landscape when spending time outdoors. A large wooden terrace wraps around the house, and wherever you look, you can feel the re­sto­ra­ti­ve effect of being close to nature. The terrace offers many inviting spots, some of which are covered, meaning you can always find a pleasant place to relax re­gard­less of the weather and wind direction.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
When you spend your holiday here, you are pra­cti­cal­ly neig­h­bours to the protected nature reserve known as Lille Norge. The name is very fitting, as the area features steep slopes, co­ni­ferous trees and rolling hills – as well as a good network of paths that you can follow either up to the Guldagerhøj viewpoint or all the way down to the sea. Saltum Beach is a wonderful place for swimming, and it is only about one kilometre away when you feel like taking a re­fres­hing dip. If you are in the mood for thrills and smiles, you can try some of the fun rides at Fårup Som­mer­land, while Jambo Feriepark is the ideal place to test the family’s skills at mini golf.
