Welcome inside
The 150 m² holiday home was built in 2021 using quality materials throug­hout. No com­pro­mi­ses have been made when it comes to the interior design, which is bright, stylish, and furnished with com­fortab­le, well-designed furniture. You will quickly feel at home in the inviting rooms, which include four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an activity room, and a living room with an in­te­gra­ted kitchen. The bedrooms are thought­ful­ly divided into two separate sleeping areas, making the house ideal for two families tra­vel­ling together – and for added fle­xi­bi­li­ty, the double beds in two of the bedrooms can be converted into single beds if preferred. In the activity room, a game of table football can raise the energy levels, while quieter moments can be enjoyed with a good film on the sofa. Re­laxa­tion also comes naturally in the beautiful living room, which features a wood-burning stove, wonderful natural light, and views towards the North Sea. For complete in­dul­gen­ce, you can unwind with a long soak in the bathtub in the largest bathroom.

Enjoy life outside
The North Sea and Saltum’s scenic natural sur­ro­un­dings can also be enjoyed from the outdoor spaces. A large terrace area wraps around the house, offering both open and covered sections. The covered area even features glass screening, allowing you to sit in complete shelter from the wind while still enjoying the sea view.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday home enjoys an elevated position in Saltum and is quietly located on a closed side road off Bon­da­ger­vej. The sur­ro­un­dings are scenic and peaceful, with the protected natural area known as Lille Norge stret­ching out just north of the house – perfect for daily walks in unspoilt nature. You can also head towards Guldagerhøj to admire panoramic views of the coastline and sea, and with less than two ki­lo­metres to Saltum Beach, the North Sea is easily reached on foot.
