Welcome inside
With its four com­fortab­le bedrooms and two large bathrooms, the house offers an excellent layout for the whole family—perhaps you can even invite the grand­pa­rents if they’re also in need of a getaway. The bedrooms are divided into two separate sleeping sections at each end of the house, and while one bathroom features a sauna, the other offers a spa bath, making wellness and re­laxa­tion easy to include in your holiday plans.

The living room is the heart of the home, and in this bright, high-ceilinged space there is plenty of room to gather. You can enjoy cosy moments with card games or cros­swords on the sofa, or meet around the kitchen island for a drink while dinner is being prepared in the open kitchen.

Enjoy life outside
All around the house, a de­light­ful terrace en­viron­ment unfolds, giving you every op­portu­ni­ty to enjoy the sunshine, the company of family, and the fresh sea breeze. There are seating areas facing both east and west, and to the south a special sun terrace has been added, partly sheltered and offering a lovely view of the North Sea and the green holiday-home area.

The natural plot is large, and if the children need en­tertain­ment, the sandbox is a welcome feature. Facing the road you’ll find plenty of parking space, and there is also the po­s­si­bi­li­ty of charging an electric car if you arrive in one.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The sur­ro­un­dings on Bon­da­ger­vej are peaceful and scenic, and it’s easy to head out on beautiful walks or bike rides in and around Saltum. The area’s paths and charming holiday-home roads invite expl­ora­tion, and with just 1.3 ki­lo­metres to the beach, it’s easy to make a trip to the North Sea at least once a day—whether you go for a re­fres­hing dip in the salty waves or simply to enjoy the view from the dunes.

From the house you also have con­ve­ni­ent access to both Jambo Holiday Park and Fårup Som­mer­land, making mini golf chal­len­ges, fun rides and waterpark visits perfect holiday acti­vi­ties for the whole family.
