This holiday home has been renovated with great care and crafts­mans­hip and enjoys a wonderful location within walking distance of both Blokhus town centre and the North Sea.

Welcome inside
The house is finished to a high standard in every way, and we are delighted to present it in our col­lection. Decorated in light colours with wooden ceilings and a com­bi­na­tion of tiled and wooden floors, the house feels bright, stylish, and welcoming for anyone looking to spend their holiday here. Every detail has been carefully con­si­de­red, and the overall design is well balanced and har­moni­ous.

The house is arranged over two floors, with one bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor. The spacious living area features a cosy wood-burning stove that helps create a warm and inviting at­mosp­he­re. In addition, the house offers a pool table, dartboard, and table tennis, providing en­tertain­ment for both adults and children. Adjacent to the kitchen/dining area, you will also find a heat pump that helps keep energy consump­tion low.

Throug­hout the house, there is excellent natural light, and on the first floor the bedrooms feature vaulted ceilings and skylights, creating a wonderful sense of space. This holiday home impresses with its suc­ces­sful com­bi­na­tion of modern comfort, tra­di­tio­nal charm, and ex­cep­tio­nal cosiness.

Enjoy life outside
The house is located in a very central area just north of Blokhus. The south-east-facing terrace offers plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to enjoy hours of sunshine or relax with a delicious meal prepared on the barbecue. Both a garage and a carport are available for guests. You will also find two bicycles here, which you are welcome to use throug­hout your stay.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday town of Blokhus offers a wide range of acti­vi­ties to enhance your holiday ex­pe­ri­en­ce. It is also a must to spend time by the rugged yet always beautiful North Sea, which is only about 500 metres from the house. Blokhus is home to one of Denmark’s finest bathing beaches. In addition, there are plenty of ex­pe­ri­en­ces to be found at Blokhus Gateway and the sculpture park, as well as a rich selection of cafés and shops. The area is also home to one of Scan­di­navia’s most popular amusement parks, Fårup Som­mer­land, where you can easily spend a full day enjoying the many at­tra­ctions.
