The beach is also within easy walking distance, as there are less than 500 metres to Blåvand’s beautiful coastline and the open waters of the North Sea. Blåvand Strand is known as one of the best beaches on the west coast if you are tra­vel­ling with children, and for active guests there are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for surfing and other water sports. Acti­vi­ties can also take place on land, as the unique natural sur­ro­un­dings invite expl­ora­tion on foot and by bicycle.
