Luxurious wellness holiday home on a beautiful natural plot

The modern and energy-efficient property features, among other things, a large activity room and a luxurious wellness area, and the spacious natural plot on which the house is situated certainly enhances holiday life as well.

Dreams are fully realised in this house, for it truly is a holiday home in a class of its own. From the moment you step into the entrance hall, it is clear that the house has been built and furnished to the highest standards, and the stylish im­pres­sion continues as you move from room to room. A lovely kitchen-dining area is in open con­nection with a ta­ste­ful­ly furnished living room, where you can lounge in the com­fortab­le furniture, watch TV and surf via the house’s internet. Blåvand is home to abundant wildlife, and if you are lucky, deer and hares may visit the garden at dusk. From the living area there is direct access to the holiday home’s large activity room, where you can play billiards, and if you bring your own game console, it can be connected to the activity room’s TV.

With a living area of 242 m2, 12 holiday guests can un­doub­ted­ly settle in com­fortably in the holiday home. Five bedrooms are all equipped with plenty of wardrobe space and com­fortab­le double beds, and in addition you will find two extra sleeping places on the loft above the kitchen. Two of the house’s bathrooms are sensibly located by the sleeping areas, while a third bathroom is part of the wellness area. In the holiday home, the luxury ex­pe­ri­en­ce is also completed by less visible details: sound-absorbing ceilings throug­hout ensure pleasant acoustics, and there is un­der­floor heating in every room.

The heat comes from an energy-efficient air-to-water heat pump, keeping heating consump­tion low. In 2023, 20 KWh solar panels were installed on the roof, meaning the house produces 40% of its annual electri­ci­ty consump­tion itself.

In the wellness area, the family can enjoy the 22 m2 pool – and if you prefer a relaxing moment in warmer water, the indoor whirlpool is highly recom­men­ded. After a re­fres­hing dip in the North Sea at nearby Hvidbjerg Beach, it is wonderful to warm up in the house’s sauna.

Enjoy life outside
On the house’s large, south-facing terrace, holiday days can be enjoyed to the fullest. The terrace is partially covered if you need shade or shelter, and as something truly special, an outdoor spa is part of the outdoor fa­ci­li­ties. Once the children are in bed, it is the perfect op­portu­ni­ty to sink into the steaming warm water with a good bottle and pleasant company – and as you sit enjoying the peaceful evening, nature may show a little of its magic as a couple of deer leap across the natural plot.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday home is located close to Blåvand Zoo, Tirpitz and Hvidbjerg Beach, and it is just a short walk to the centre of Blåvand. The beach in Blåvand, stret­ching 15 ki­lo­metres from Skal­lin­gen in the south to Blåvandshuk Fyr in the north, is one of the safest bathing beaches on the west coast – and it is an ex­pe­ri­en­ce to visit the beach re­gard­less of the season. The shops in Blåvand are open all year round, so there are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for shopping and dining out no matter when you holiday here. If you enjoy walking and cycling in nature, there are several large plan­ta­tions and beautiful heathland areas around the town.
