The thatched holiday home is beau­ti­ful­ly situated in Blåvand’s scenic coastal landscape, and indoors you of course have plenty of op­portu­ni­ty to look out at the lovely sur­ro­un­dings. Espe­ci­al­ly from the living room on the first floor, the view of the dunes is bre­ath­taking, and the large south-facing gable window also ensures beautiful natural light during the day. There is a wood-burning stove on the first floor, so you can easily light a fire and let the warmth spread if the weather calls for that kind of cosy holiday at­mosp­he­re. The holiday home’s largest bathroom is located on the ground floor, and it is im­pres­si­ve­ly spacious and equipped with both a spa bath and a sauna if you and your family feel like relaxing com­ple­te­ly. There is also a bathroom on the first floor.

Enjoy life outside
If sun­bat­hing, playing with the children and barbecue dinners on the terrace are high on your wish list, you can look forward to spending time on the holiday home’s beautiful natural plot. A large and partially screened terrace extends south of the house, and on the other side there is an area with a swing set and sandbox where the youngest holiday guests can burn off some energy. Several cars can easily be parked on the gravelled parking area on the plot – and they can stay there for much of the holiday, as there is no need to drive if you want to go down to the beach or head out for an ice cream.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
On Fyrvej you can spend your holiday in fresh sea air and beautiful sur­ro­un­dings, and if you want to go all the way down to Blåvand Beach, it can be done quickly. From the holiday home you simply cross the road and find the nearest path that leads you the short distance down towards the dunes and the North Sea. It feels wonderful to stay so close to the beach – not only in summer, but also during the cooler seasons when you can take long walks, admire the sunsets and fly kites with the family. Whether you are in the mood for a waffle ice cream or a burger, there is a grill bar a little further along the beach, and it is also easy to reach the centre of Blåvand, which offers a good selection of year-round shops and eateries.
