Do you need a holiday in cosy and scenic sur­ro­un­dings? Then take a closer look at this charming holiday home, located in a peaceful holiday home area near Oksby Plan­ta­tion and the open heathland that surrounds Blåvand.

Welcome inside
The house stands beau­ti­ful­ly in the green sur­ro­un­dings with its reddish-brown brick façade and fine thatched roof. Indoors, the house is just as charming: in true holiday home style, the walls are clad with wooden panels, and the furniture has been carefully selected to suit the cosy rooms. In total, you have 154 m² to enjoy, spread over the ground floor and first floor. There are four bedrooms in total, three of which are located on the first floor. The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor together with a utility room, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with dining area and, last but not least, a lovely living room. If you are in a playful mood, you can head to the garage for a game of table tennis or darts.

Enjoy life outside
From the kitchen there is direct access to an east-facing morning terrace, while the living room’s garden door opens onto a south-facing and therefore very sunny tiled terrace. Between the house and the garage there is also a sheltered outdoor area enclosed by fencing, making it a de­light­ful little oasis for enjoying holiday life. Around the house there is a lawn, while the rest of the large plot is kept as a natural plot with heather, marram grass and gnarled mountain pines. Parts of the natural plot are fenced, allowing dogs to run freely.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
As the road name suggests, the closed holiday home area is located right next to a small forest area. If you want to go hiking or cycling, there are plenty of great excursion op­portu­ni­ties in the beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings close to the house. For example, you can walk to Husbjerg Dune, from where there is a wonderful view over Kallesmærsk Heath and the North Sea in the ba­ck­gro­und. The local mini golf course is also just a few hundred metres away if you feel like a family com­pe­ti­tion – if it is a swim you are after, there are ap­proxi­ma­te­ly three ki­lo­metres to Blåvand’s lovely beach. Groceries can be bought in the centre of Blåvand, where you can also be tempted by cosy eateries, ice cream kiosks and the local sweet factory.
