Large holiday home with sauna and two bathrooms

This cosy holiday home is an obvious choice for those of you who wish to spend your holiday in charming and scenic sur­ro­un­dings. In itself, the holiday home is an inviting and beau­ti­ful­ly mo­der­ni­sed ac­com­moda­tion, and the large garden plot as well as the short distance to forest and heathland areas certainly also help to increase the overall appeal.

Welcome inside
The wooden holiday home has been here since 1973, and since the year it was built it has been well main­tai­ned and updated – the most recent renova­tion project took place in 2019. Among the great im­prove­ments, the holiday home’s two lovely bathrooms should be mentioned, one of which is equipped with a sauna. There are three bedrooms, two of which have direct access to the terrace, so you can easily check whether the weather is suitable for serving breakfast outdoors. Breakfast and the day’s other meals can be prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, which is in open con­nection with a lovely living room. Here there is wonderful natural light thanks to the many large windows, and the wood-burning stove, alcove and com­fortab­le furniture all help to enhance the cosy at­mosp­he­re.

Enjoy life outside
South of the holiday home, a wonderful and sunny terrace en­viron­ment of no less than 200 m2 has been laid out. A large part of the terrace is screened by a fence, and right next to it there is a play area with swings and a playhouse for the youngest family members. Both young and old can play garden games on the lawn of the 2,587 m2 plot, which also offers a carport and a paved driveway for the car.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the enclosed holiday home area, you have a short distance to beautiful forest areas and the heathland north of Blåvand, so a walk, run or bike ride in scenic natural sur­ro­un­dings can easily become part of the daily programme. And it is no more than 500 metres to West Coast Minigolf, where the whole family can compete to become the holiday’s minigolf champion. If you feel like a shopping trip or a good meal, you can head into Blåvand town centre just one and a half ki­lo­metres away – the shops here are open all year round, by the way. Re­gard­less of the season, it is also an obvious choice to visit the beach, as the North Sea is a beautiful sight in autumn gales and winter frost as well as in the summer sun.
