Cozy holiday home on a closed road near beautiful nature and Blåvand town centre
House-ID: BV270Maybe you have already visited Blåvand many times — or perhaps this is your first time looking for a cozy holiday home in the popular seaside town by the North Sea. Either way, it is a great idea to take a closer look at this charming house, which is set in peaceful surroundings and yet within convenient distance of the town centre, the beach and everything else wonderful that Blåvand has to offer.
Welcome inside
Although there is plenty to experience in the local area, it is lovely to have a cozy base for the more relaxed moments of your holiday. Here in the holiday home, you can unwind in the bright and well-appointed living room with vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning stove and a garden door leading out to the terrace. If you dream of finishing the crime novel you brought along, you can stay comfortably seated in the sofa area for hours. The dining table is a wonderful gathering point — for example when you or others in your group have been preparing something delicious in the open kitchen. A bathroom and three bedrooms complete the layout, making this a pleasant holiday home that comfortably accommodates six people.
Enjoy life outside
The wooden terrace connected to the living room is both large and partially covered, and it is screened by a fence towards the road. It is also perfectly positioned in relation to the sun, making it ideal for laid-back outdoor living — whether you want to enjoy afternoon coffee on a spring day, take a siesta in the sun loungers or sit outside late into the bright summer evenings. The beautiful natural plot is wonderfully spacious at 2,700 m² and lies very peacefully at the end of a small spur road within an otherwise closed area.
Get up close to the local attractions
From Svinget 10, you can easily reach Blåvand’s lively town centre with its many year-round shops and dining options. You can of course follow the road, but it is also possible to take an alternative route through a wooded natural area. In general, it is easy to get out into nature from this address, as the holiday home area borders the open dune heath, and the beach is less than one and a half kilometres away if you feel like a swim or a walk along the North Sea. From the top of Blåvandshuk Fyr you can look out over Denmark’s westernmost point, and if you wish to visit the Wadden Sea National Park, you can head out to the Skallingen peninsula and be captivated by the unique landscape.
