The holiday cottage is situated on a very large natural plot at the end of a cul-de-sac. The area is quiet and peaceful, and it is not far to either the beach or the town.

Welcome inside
Here you will be trans­por­ted back to the summer holidays of your childhood, as the house truly exudes genuine, old-fashioned holiday cottage cosiness. You enter the house through the kitchen, which has been com­ple­te­ly renovated and now features a lovely Svane kitchen in light colours and a cosy dining area with a trans­pa­rent partition wall se­pa­rat­ing it from the living room. The living room is furnished with a wood-burning stove and a com­fortab­le, at­mosp­he­ric sofa ar­ran­ge­ment. From the living room, there is direct access to the south-facing terrace through a large sliding door. There are three really good bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a bunk bed, and all bedrooms have wardrobe space. Like the kitchen, the bathroom has also been newly renovated; it is bright and stylish, with a shower niche and a washing machine.

Enjoy life outside
You have two lovely terraces: one is covered, and the other is a nice morning terrace facing east, where there is a sandpit for the children. The plot is ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 2 acres in size, and most of it is protected land, featuring dunes, heather and pine trees. The plot continues into a large protected area with paths, allowing you to move quickly from one area to another on foot or by bike.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday cottage is located in a fantastic area with large protected nature reserves right around the house. There are many op­portu­ni­ties for walking, running and cycling tours just outside the door, as small trail systems are woven throug­hout the entire area. It is not far to either the new Tirpitz Museum or a visit to Blåvand Zoo. On this side of Blåvand, you will find some of the quieter beaches, all of which are very child-friendly. The holiday cottage is no further away than that you can easily cycle to the centre of Blåvand in just 5–10 minutes.
