Regine, as the listed, two-winged property is called, has been located in Blåvand’s pi­c­tu­resque coastal sur­ro­un­dings for more than 140 years. Over recent decades, the building has been carefully restored, and the interior beau­ti­ful­ly balances historic charm with modern updates. Today it functions as an at­mosp­he­ric holiday home where you can gather in the dining room near the cosy kitchen, in the living room with wood-burning stove or in the smaller snug. The most im­pres­si­ve room is almost the fireplace lounge, a large, high-ceilinged living space with rustic exposed beams, a bar area, fireplace and a beautiful window section over­look­ing marram grass and pine trees. Four bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest toilet are part of the layout, and in the guest annex, which extends from the garage, you will find two ad­di­tio­nal bedrooms and a bathroom.

Enjoy life outside
On the 5,753 m² natural plot there is plenty of space to play on the lawn, and a swing set is ready for the youngest holiday guests. The plot is not only large but also plea­sant­ly private thanks to the sur­ro­un­ding ve­ge­ta­tion, and in the corner between the wings there is a secluded tiled terrace where you can enjoy the sun and barbecue in the evening. Best of all is almost the new outdoor wellness area, featuring a luxurious 8-person spa and a spacious sauna. If you have had enough heat, you can refresh your senses under the outdoor shower – which can of course also be used for your morning shower or after returning from the beach. The wellness area also offers a cosy lounge space with high-quality garden furniture.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Reginevej 1 is a wonderful address if you wish to stay in charming sur­ro­un­dings close to town and beach. Blåvand’s lovely, child-friendly southern beach is just 350 metres away, making it easy to pop down for a quick dip – but once you are standing on the vast sandy beach facing the North Sea, it is tempting to stay for hours to swim, play and enjoy the sunshine. If the fresh air has whetted your appetite, there is a short walking distance from the holiday home to the town centre, where you can shop for your next meal or settle down at one of the good eateries. The Tirpitz Museum, Blåvand Zoo and Blåvandshuk Ligh­t­hou­se are among the town’s at­tra­ctions, and the beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings are certainly worth exploring.
