Charming holiday home with lovely outdoor sauna and large natural plot

There are many things worth hig­hligh­ting about this thatched holiday home, which features a cosy interior and a bright at­mosp­he­re following its most recent renova­tion in 2021. But the very first thing we at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Blåvand would like to point out is the wonderful outdoor sauna, where you can relax in the warmth while looking straight out over the house’s large and beautiful natural plot.

Welcome inside
Behind the reddish-brown brick façade, a pleasant and inviting base for your holiday days awaits you. If you dream of relaxing with good books, movie nights and cosy chats with your loved ones, you have found just the right place – there are living areas with a sofa and com­fortab­le seating both on the ground floor and on the first floor. On the ground floor there is also a wood-burning stove, and the open con­nection to the kitchen makes it easy to pop over to refill your coffee cup or prepare dinner. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are sensibly di­stri­bu­ted across the two floors, but you will need to step out into the garden to use the sauna.

Enjoy life outside
The holiday home’s sauna is located in a cosy wooden building at the end of a small foot­brid­ge. A large window allows you to look out over the greenery while you warm up, and you might even spot a squirrel playing in the trees or a pheasant wandering by, as the wildlife in the area is abundant. If it is not the sauna but the sun you wish to enjoy, you can settle into a garden chair on the beautiful wooden terrace that stretches around the house. Al­ter­na­ti­ve­ly, you can sit on the bench on the natural plot, where you will be in close contact with the heather and other ve­ge­ta­tion.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The small road ends in a cul-de-sac right by the holiday home, so the immediate sur­ro­un­dings are peaceful and un­dis­tur­bed. At the same time, it is easy to get around – whether you want to head into the centre of Blåvand, visit the Tirpitz Museum or challenge the family to a game of mini golf at West Coast Minigolf. When ho­li­daying in Blåvand, it is almost ob­liga­tory to visit the North Sea at least once a day. From Møllehusvej, getting there is easy, including to the popular Hvidbjerg Beach, which attracts visitors with its white sand and excellent bathing water. If you would like to get to know the Wadden Sea better, you can head out to the Skal­lin­gen peninsula, which is part of the Wadden Sea National Park. The birdlife here is rich, and both the marshland and the coastal meadows are shaped in an endless and fa­sci­nat­ing cycle by the tides.
