Large holiday home with pool area and at­tra­cti­ve address near the beach

When you stay as close to Blåvand Beach as here at Horns Rev 61, it is tempting to spend a large part of your holiday swimming in the North Sea and playing in the sand. But there is also every reason to relax at home in the holiday house, as it features a lovely pool area, a beautiful lounge with a view and a wonderful sun terrace.

The thatched holiday home is not only large, but also truly cosy and fun­ctio­nal­ly furnished. In short, you will find eve­ryt­hing you need indoors – from com­fortab­le double beds in the four bedrooms to a washing machine and tumble dryer in one of the two bathrooms. There are, of course, also great living spaces, as you can enjoy your­sel­ves around the dining table in the ground floor kitchen, and when you really want to indulge in holiday life, you have your very own wellness area with pool, whirlpool and sauna. It also feels like pure re­laxa­tion to unwind in the first-floor living room, where you can light the wood-burning stove and sit in the armchairs with a good cup of coffee while enjoying the view of the dune landscape and the sea through the large windows.

Enjoy life outside
Holiday life can also take place outdoors on the large natural plot, where heather and other dune plants are free to grow in the sandy soil. Near the house there is a play structure for the children, and there is plenty of space for several cars in the driveway. The very best feature is almost the large south-facing terrace area, which invites you to sun­bat­hing and barbecues in the beautiful and peaceful sur­ro­un­dings.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the holiday home and terrace, you can look straight over to Blåvandshuk Ligh­t­hou­se, which rises above the dunes and the area’s thatched holiday homes. It is a lovely reminder that you are on holiday right by the water, and if you feel like admiring the panoramic view from the top of the tower, you can walk there in about fifteen minutes. But perhaps it is even more tempting simply to slip into your flip-flops and head down the short distance to the beach, which is a family-friendly beach with wonderful bathing water, white sandy seabed and plenty of space for play and beach games. In Blåvand, you will also find a good selection of year-round re­stau­rants and shops in the town centre, as well as mini golf, a zoo and the fa­sci­nat­ing Tirpitz Museum, if you are in the mood for a pleasant outing.
