Lovely activity house in the heart of Blåvand

This lovely holiday home in Blåvand features an activity room, spa and sauna, a large living room and four bedrooms – in short, eve­ryt­hing you need to relax and enjoy life. And you can even holiday with a green consci­en­ce, as the solar panels on the roof make the holiday home a good and more sustai­nab­le choice.

Welcome inside
The holiday home measures a full 150 m², and thanks to the excellent layout, eight people can easily gather indoors. The four bedrooms are all furnished with com­fortab­le double beds, and from the living room you have access to a loft that can be used as an extra sleeping space or for children’s play during the day. In the larger of the two bathrooms there is a luxurious spa bath, and in the adjacent activity room you will find the sauna. If you feel like a game of pool, table tennis or darts, you can have fun in the activity room, which also offers a flat-screen TV with Wii. You can also prepare for a cosy evening in the living room, a wonderful living space with beautiful natural light and an open con­nection to the kitchen. If it is chilly outside, you can switch on the heat pump and enjoy the en­viron­men­tal­ly friendly energy supplied by the solar panels – and you can also let the warmth from the cosy wood-burning stove spread throug­hout the room.

Enjoy life outside
On bright and warm days, holiday life can move outdoors onto the 1,854 m² plot. East of the holiday home there is a small morning terrace, and later in the day you can move to the large tiled terrace facing south with views of the green garden. On the lawn there is a swing set, sandbox and a small football goal, and in front of the holiday home there is parking space on the gravel area.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Grønnevænget is a small gravel road in peaceful sur­ro­un­dings, yet close to the centre of Blåvand. In other words, you have easy access to the town’s excellent selection of shops and eateries open all year round. If you want to rent bicycles or play mini golf, that is also possible – or how about a course in SUP or surfing to make your holiday by the North Sea extra memorable? As guests of the house, you also have free access to Oksbøl Water Park, and you can freely use a fitness centre and a 9-hole golf course. Blåvand Beach can of course be enjoyed by everyone, and the beautiful sandy beach is even within short walking distance of the holiday home.
