In this holiday home, a quality build from 2013, you have a full 167 m² to enjoy. With four spacious bedrooms, you can easily invite the extended family or friends on holiday – and there is even an alcove in the living room if you need extra sleeping space. The living room has a bright and airy at­mosp­he­re thanks to the large window sections and the open con­nection to the well-designed kitchen-dining area. A wood-burning stove stands at the centre of the large living space, and on cooler days it is also pleasant that there is un­der­floor heating throug­hout. At opposite ends of the house are two bathrooms, the larger of which is equipped with a luxurious spa bath and an infrared sauna. Last, but certainly not least, the layout is completed by an activity room with, among other things, a pool table and darts.

Enjoy life outside

There are several wonderful, family-friendly fa­ci­li­ties outdoors under the open sky: for the youngest holiday guests there are swings, a tram­po­li­ne and a large sandbox, and there is plenty of space for play and ball games on the lawn. The adults can of course also join in the Viking game and croquet matches, unless they prefer to relax in a soft garden chair on the lovely south-facing terrace. Part of the terrace is covered, and there is an outdoor kitchen, which is a perfect addition when you want to barbecue.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

When you spend your holiday here on Grønnevænget, the car can easily remain in the carport, as both the North Sea and Blåvand’s cosy town centre are within walking distance. From the house it takes about ten minutes to stroll to the beach, while the town’s main street with shopping op­portu­ni­ties, small boutiques and eateries is even closer. If you want a longer excursion into nature, you can lace up your walking shoes and explore the beautiful heathland and dune plan­ta­tions sur­ro­un­ding Blåvand. It is also recom­men­ded to visit Tirpitz, a German defensive position from the Second World War that has been trans­for­med into a modern museum.
