The house is situated on a gently sloping dune/natural plot where you truly feel at one with nature. With terraces on three sides of the house, you can always find a sheltered spot and enjoy the sun from morning till evening. Garden furniture and a barbecue are naturally available. This is the perfect base for spending time outdoors – and the house is only 300 meters from the beach and the roaring North Sea.


Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The house is located in one of the area’s most desirable dune landsca­pes, offering stunning views of the sur­ro­un­ding scenery. From the cozy bench on the property, you can even enjoy a beautiful sea view. From Borgvej, located just beside the house, there is direct access to the beach.

Saltum Beach is con­si­de­red one of the area’s best – often quieter than the beaches in Løkken and Blokhus – and always perfect for a re­fres­hing swim or a long walk along the water, in the dunes, or through the rolling landscape. For those seeking more exci­te­ment, the house is only a short drive from Fårup Som­mer­land and Fun Art, both offering plenty of fun acti­vi­ties for all ages.
