With its dark wooden facade and green roof, the holiday home blends beau­ti­ful­ly with the un­du­lat­ing natural sur­ro­un­dings. Inside, the windows offer views of the waving marram grass, a lovely reminder of just how close you are to the beach. The at­mosp­he­re throug­hout the well-designed home is bright and airy – and the annex also shares this charm, providing an ad­di­tio­nal bedroom and bathroom to com­ple­ment the main house’s three bedrooms and bathroom.

The social hub of the home is the open-plan living area, where the kitchen and lounge flow together seam­les­s­ly. With high ceilings and a stunning stone floor, the room is centred around a built-in fireplace, providing warmth and a cosy ambiance.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, you have direct access to a partially covered west-facing wooden terrace, tucked away in privacy behind rose hips and marram grass. If you want a change of scenery, some of the sun-filled hours can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace, which is furnished in the same stylish manner. After a swim in the North Sea, you can rinse off under the outdoor shower before relaxing on the sun loungers or preparing the evening’s barbecue.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
On the quiet cul-de-sac of Egernvej, you’ll be staying in the second row from the North Sea, just a short walk through the dunes before reaching the open water and beautiful sandy beach. In other words, the location is extremely at­tra­cti­ve: re­gard­less of the season, it’s a delight to stay so close to the beach while sur­ro­un­ded by peaceful and scenic nature.

During the summer, you can pick up fresh bread and milk from the shop at the local campsite, while Saltum is the nearest town for larger grocery trips. The area also offers plenty of fun acti­vi­ties for families, as you are just a few ki­lo­metres from the fantastic amusement park Fårup Som­mer­land and Jambo Feriepark, home to Europe’s largest mini-golf course.
