And that's exactly why you'll feel espe­ci­al­ly lucky when you relax in this lovely summer house and enjoy the tranqui­li­ty on the attached sun terrace.

Welcome inside

The summer house was suc­ces­sful­ly refreshed in 2022, so it now boasts a bright and cozy interior with many mood-enhancing details. The wood stove naturally helps create an extra warm and pleasant at­mosp­he­re if it's chilly outside, and the flat-screen TV makes it easy to stream movies and series on days when you're in the mood for some sofa re­laxa­tion. A nice kitchen with a dis­hwas­her is in­te­gra­ted with the living room, while a bathroom with a shower and washing machine is located by the entrance. Two bedrooms have double beds, and in the third, there’s a sofa bed, so in total, there are sleeping spaces for six people.

Enjoy life outdoors

A lovely, partially covered terrace area extends around the summer house, making it easy to find the perfect spot to relax – whether you want to have coffee in the morning sun, barbecue under the open sky, or enjoy some time in the lounge furniture. The plot is 2789 m², so there's plenty of space to play on the lawn, sheltered by the scenic boundary planting.

Get close to local ex­pe­ri­en­ces

Sko­vs­nep­pe­vej is well set back from the main road, yet you have easy access to both Hune and Blokhus if you want to shop, dine, or simply soak up the holiday at­mosp­he­re. It’s also worth staying in your own local area because here you’ll find peace, and you’re almost gu­a­ran­te­ed to spot deer or other wild animals that love to inhabit the green sur­ro­un­dings. It almost feels like living right in the middle of a dune plan­ta­tion, and you won’t have to walk far before you're deep in the forest trails. Blokhus Golf Center is also easy to reach, and the North Sea is just a short drive away.
