The house has a kitchen, a large living room with view of the water and large windows, toilet and, hallway with stairs to the 1. floor, large living room with tiled stove. On the 1st floor there are a large bedroom with good view and a bathroom and shower.
The area
Sønderborg is located on the beautiful island Als and is the largest town in Southern Jutland with an idyllic atmosphere, a beautiful nature and many sights. The exciting walking street invites to a nice shopping trip, and afterwards, you can rest your feet in one of the many cafés and restaurants by the harbour front with many yachts. If you want to learn more about the area´s history, the historical castle Sønderborg Slot with an exciting museum is worth a visit as well as the history centre Dybbøl Mølle. It is also possible to take a swim by one of the beaches close to the town centre or to take a long walk along the sea. The area around Sønderborg offers a beautiful nature where you can go hiking along the path ”Gendarmstien” close to the Danish-German border. On Northern Als you also find the attraction Universe which is a science park for the whole family.
