The property includes a large enclosed garden with fruit trees and many cozy corners for relaxation and enjoyment. There is ample space both indoors and outdoors. The area's absolute superior bathing beach is within cycling distance from the residence.

The Flensborg Fjord area offers many exciting attractions, both historical and modern. In northern Als, you will find the major attraction Universe Science Park, an adventure park for the whole family filled with natural phenomena and exciting technology. If you want to learn about the fascinating history of Southern Jutland, you can visit the Dybbøl Banke History Center, which offers plenty of drama and knowledge about the 1864 war. The largest town in the area is Sønderborg, where you can visit Sønderborg Castle, stroll along the beautiful waterfront, and shop on the charming pedestrian street.
