Description
Interior
Experience a vacation in this cozy little gem with a sea view and a large fenced plot right next to the beach. Here, you will automatically wind down.
Enjoy the beautiful sea view, whether it is from the house's charming kitchen, the south-facing terrace, sitting at the table-bench set at the end of the plot with a steaming cup of coffee, or from the dike just meters from the property. Regardless, it is a balm for the soul and invites relaxation and high-level coziness.
The house, newly renovated in 2022, includes an entrance, a cozy dining kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, and a large fridge-freezer. From the kitchen, there is a delightful view of the water and an open connection to the living room with a fireplace and smart TV. The house is also equipped with an energy-efficient heat pump, which can also provide cooling air on hot summer days. The bedroom offers a large double (two single beds) and wardrobe space, as well as a small room with bunk beds and storage. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower. The house also has a camping cot for the youngest family members and includes a high chair.
Outdoor
The large fenced garden provides security for both your four-legged friends as well as children. On the property, there is a cozy terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, as well as several charming corners that invite relaxation, sunbathing, and barbecue evenings.
From the latter, there is direct access from the property to a playground with swings, a sandbox, and a seesaw – the fenced playground is shared with the homeowner. However, the largest sandbox you will find is of course the beach, which is just a few meters from the house. On the family-friendly beach, there is also the opportunity, during the summer months (approximately May to September), to use a private, shared bathing bridge.
Location
The sea around Kegnæs is a popular spot for surfing and fishing. And if the one doing the fishing gets lucky, there is an outdoor fish-cleaning area in the garden (remember a valid fishing permit is required for fishing). Bring your bikes on vacation, pack your hiking shoes or swimwear, and experience the beautiful nature of Kegnæs up close. There are several wonderful hiking routes and paths along the coast and around the peninsula.
Grocery shopping can be done locally in Skovby, which has both a grocery store, bakery, and an inn. Small necessities can be purchased at nearby campsites during the season.
There is also the opportunity to buy wood for the fireplace, right next to the house.
