In the lovely, rustic country kitchen, you will find eve­ryt­hing your heart desires and space to gather the family around meals. Three good rooms with double beds ensure that everyone sleeps well, while the crackling of the wood-burning stove creates the perfect at­mosp­he­re on chilly evenings. There are two lovely living rooms – one with a piano for small musical moments, the other for family acti­vi­ties with games, TV and pure coziness as well as a for­mi­dab­le view of Borgnæs Bay. From the gable and the first floor there is a beautiful view, which can be enjoyed both morning and evening. The garden and terrace invite you to relax, and the sun is on most of the day, so there is plenty of op­portu­ni­ty to find a warm and sunny spot.

The electric car? You can easily charge it right at the house.

Enjoy life outside – from stars to beach

In the enclosed garden, a wild field bath awaits you, turning an evening into pure magic under the starry sky. On the large terrace, the barbecue is ready, sur­ro­un­ded by garden furniture and sun loungers for relaxing summer days. There is also room for a round of croquet, a bike ride in the open air or just to breathe deeply in the tranqui­li­ty.

The house is located on a hilltop close to the fairytale town of Ærøskøbing, where the summer offers a jazz festival, cozy courtyard cafés, good re­stau­rants and exciting museums. Go hiking or cycling through the beautiful Ærø co­un­trysi­de and feel how the pace slows down as the joy of life grows.

The free bus stops right at the door, making it easy to get around the island – even without a car.

The house includes a beach house, which is a very special gem. Here you can enjoy your own food with the sea as your nearest neighbour, and it is possible to swim right outside the door. An at­mosp­he­ric place for both re­laxa­tion and cozy meals.

A trip to Skovby Strand is worth ex­pe­ri­en­cing. The beach can be a little hard to find, but that makes it extra charming. In the area is also the shelter site Skåret, which can be rented for a night close to nature.

Bathing at Søby Camping is de­fi­ni­te­ly also worth a visit with good bathing con­di­tions and lovely sur­ro­un­dings.

Outside the summer season, Bio Andel – Denmark's smallest cinema – is a cozy and different ex­pe­ri­en­ce.
