Lovely renovated mason's villa on large private plot
House-ID: AE323Welcome inside
This lovely mason's villa is located on a large, private plot - with room for both peace, play and socializing. The house was completely renovated in 2025 and appears bright, inviting and well thought out in every detail. There is underfloor heating throughout, so comfort is top notch all year round.
You enter via a small entrance hall with a washing machine and dryer – conveniently located for both everyday life and holiday life. From here, the home opens up into a fantastic kitchen-dining room, where the kitchen with all modern facilities merges with the dining room and living room into one large, functional living room. Here there is room for family fun in every nook and cranny.
The little ones can romp around with play facilities, while the rest of the family gathers around board games at the dining table or for joint cooking in the open kitchen.
In the adjacent living room you will find another dining area as well as several small cozy nooks where you can watch TV, immerse yourself in a good book or just sit back and enjoy the view.
The house has 6 beds divided into:
A bedroom with a double bed and a cot
An annex with two double beds – perfect for teenagers or guests who want a little extra privacy
The bathroom is super nice and newly renovated with a nice large shower - here the day starts and ends well.
Enjoy life outside
Behind the house awaits a large, lovely terrace where you can barbecue, gather the family around the long table or simply enjoy the silence and nature around you. The large, private plot provides a rare feeling of freedom and undisturbed holiday atmosphere.
There is a swing and play facilities for the little ones, so laughter can fill the garden while the adults enjoy coffee in the sun. Parking is easy on the grounds, and all pets are allowed – because we know that the holiday is best when the whole family, including the four-legged, is with you.
