In the middle of the maritime at­mosp­he­re in Marstal, you will find this unique and newly renovated holiday apartment - a wonderful base for a holiday where both city life and island at­mosp­he­re are right outside the door. The apartment is located in Ny Møllergade, right by the cozy pe­de­stri­an street, where small shops, cafés and the local city life set the framework for the holiday days.

Inside, you are greeted by a bright and open kitchen/family room, where there is plenty of space for both cooking, re­laxa­tion and so­ci­a­lizing. Here you can enjoy meals at the dining table, or sink into the sofa with a board game or a good movie via SmartTV and Chro­mecast.

From the living room there is access to two spacious bedrooms, both furnished with com­fortab­le double beds, which can easily be pushed apart as needed. Here is a quiet setting for a good night's sleep after a day filled with ex­pe­ri­en­ces on the island. The bathroom is modern and furnished with a shower, toilet and sink.

The apartment is also equipped with practical fa­ci­li­ties such as a clothes steamer, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner and waste sorting in both the kitchen and the patio – small details that make your stay extra com­fortab­le.

Enjoy life outside

Even if you live in the middle of the city, you have your own cozy and enclosed courtyard. Here you can enjoy the sun, start the day with morning coffee or find a quiet moment in the shelter of city life.

The apartment has its own entrance from Ny Møllergade and is located on the 1st floor, which gives a wonderful feeling of privacy in the middle of the city's cozy pulse.

If you have an electric car, it is also easy to charge during your stay - there is a charging station just about 300 meters from the apartment.

Get close to local ex­pe­ri­en­ces

When you stay here, you have most things within a few minutes walk. You can quickly slip down to the port of Marstal, where you can feel the maritime at­mosp­he­re that the city is known for. Here, both fishing boats and sailing ships lie side by side, and life around the harbor is buzzing quietly with activity.

From the town, you can also take a trip out to Eriks Hale, where the small idyllic beach houses lie side by side along the water. Here, nature is very special – a perfect place for a walk, a dip or just to enjoy the view of the sea.

If you fancy a little excursion, the ferry to Langeland is also close by, and around the town you will find both shopping op­portu­ni­ties, re­stau­rants and exciting shops.

It is also easy to get around the rest of the island – the buses on Ærø are free and run close to the apartment.
