In the heart of the fairytale town of Ærøskøbing, you will find this charming townhouse arranged over two floors – a place where history, comfort, and holiday tranquil­li­ty come together. The house has been lovingly and carefully restored with great respect for its original character, allowing you to feel the authentic at­mosp­he­re the moment you step into the entrance hall with staircase leading to the first floor.

On the ground floor, the living room invites you to relax after a day full of ex­pe­ri­en­ces, offering both a TV and radio for quiet evenings. The dining room provides a natural setting for shared meals, while the fun­ctio­nal kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, re­fri­ge­ra­tor with freezer com­part­ment, and microwave – ideal for both quick holiday meals and cosy dinners. The bathroom is preserved in its original style, adding to the soul of the house, and a washing machine is con­ve­ni­ent­ly located in the rear building.

On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms: two with double beds and a children’s room with a sofa bed, cot, and ample space for the youngest family members. Comfort and calm have been carefully con­si­de­red, ensuring everyone wakes up well-rested and ready for a new day of holiday ad­ven­tu­res.

Enjoy Life Outdoors

From the house, you have direct access to a private, enclosed and sunny courtyard as well as a landsca­ped garden of ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 180 m² – a small, peaceful oasis right in the middle of town. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee in the garden furniture, prepare lunch on the barbecue, and linger into the evening in the warm summer light.

The garden offers space for play, re­laxa­tion, and to­get­her­ness. With internet access, a high chair, and children’s equipment available, eve­ryt­hing is in place for a holiday where both adults and children feel at home. You are, of course, welcome to bring your four-legged companion – one dog weighing 6–10 kg is permitted.
