The holiday house has two floors and is furnished with great attention to detail. On the ground floor there is the beautiful living room, beautiful kitchen, a fan­ta­sti­cal­ly lovely dining room with access to the finest terrace. The two bedrooms are on the first floor, and the toilet and bath on the ground floor.

The house is situated on an open plot with a terrace and lawn, where you can spend the Danish summer with breakfast or reading on the terrace. In the evening you can gather around the grill and prepare delicious food.

Ærø offers good con­di­tions for a wonderful holiday all year round: Discover the island on hiking or cycling tours, explore its good fishing op­portu­ni­ties or play golf. In cozy Ærøskøbing you can stroll around and enjoy the view of the boats in the harbour.

Please note that even though the house is from 1890, it has been com­ple­te­ly renovated with attention to detail and, like not many other houses in that part of Marstal, has a good ceiling height (210 cm).

The house easily ac­com­moda­tes 6 people, but note that a nice double sofa bed of the best quality must be used in one room on the ground floor.
