Cosy town house with an enclosed courtyard in central Marstal
House-ID: AE335Look forward to relaxing holiday days in the heart of charming Marstal, where this lovely town house provides a welcoming setting for a holiday with family or friends. The house is bright and inviting with room for 6 adults and 2 children, while the enclosed courtyard gives you your own outdoor space right in the middle of town. Two dogs are also welcome, and if you arrive in Marstal by ferry, the house is only about a 10-minute walk away.
Welcome inside
Step inside a bright and inviting holiday home, where light colours and simple furnishings give the rooms a pleasant, contemporary feel. The kitchen, dining area and living room are connected in an open-plan layout, making it easy to spend time together, whether you are preparing dinner, gathering around the table or relaxing on the sofa. Exposed wooden beams add character and create a lovely contrast to the light interior.
The 89 m² house is arranged over two floors with three bedrooms and room for 6 adults and 2 children. This makes it a lovely base for a family holiday or a getaway with friends. Two dogs are welcome too, so your four-legged companions can join you for your holiday in Marstal.
Enjoy life outside
Although you are staying right in the heart of town, the enclosed courtyard gives you a little outdoor space of your own. Start the day with breakfast in the open air or settle down here again when you return from a day of exploring Ærø.
Sheltered between the houses of Marstal, the courtyard feels like a small retreat in the middle of town. The enclosed setting is also a practical advantage when travelling with younger children or dogs.
Discover the local area
The central location in Marstal makes it easy to leave the car behind and explore the town on foot. From Korsgade, you can wander through the charming streets, take in the atmosphere around the harbour and discover the character of this historic seafaring town. If you arrive on Ærø by ferry to Marstal, getting to the house is particularly easy, with a walk of only around 10 minutes from the ferry terminal.
Be sure to take a walk out towards Eriks Hale, where the small, colourful beach huts along the shore have become one of Marstal's distinctive sights. Combine a trip to the beach with a walk along the water and experience a side of Marstal that, in our opinion, simply belongs to a holiday in the town.
