The wonderful holiday home grounds are the perfect setting for a vacation filled with play, re­laxa­tion, and cozy moments. The children will love exploring the garden, where they can bounce on the tram­po­li­ne, swing high into the sky, and dig in the sandbox. The charming playhouse is the ideal spot for imag­i­na­tion and fun, where little ones can create their own ad­ven­tu­res. When the kids are having fun, mom and dad can relax too. On the partially covered terrace, you can enjoy the outdoors, light up the grill, and enjoy a delicious dinner. And as the cherry on top, there’s a cozy bonfire pit, where you can gather around a crackling fire, roast mars­h­mal­lows, and enjoy warm summer evenings under the stars before tucking the kids in and enjoying some adult time.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

Fjellerup Strand is an old fishing village and today an at­tra­cti­ve holiday area on Djursland's lovely northern coast. Here you'll find a bakery, a grocery store, and re­stau­rants. The beach is very child-friendly, with lovely shallow water and mostly sandy bottom. The nature along the northern coast is won­der­ful­ly varied, with numerous small paths and roads cris­scros­sing the landscape, making it ideal for beautiful hikes and bike rides. Anglers will find the best con­di­tions, and windsur­fers are drawn to Fjellerup like magic. If you don't have success fishing, you can buy fresh fish locally. In the harbor area, you'll find re­stau­rants and a very popular ice cream shop.

Nearby at­tra­ctions include the beautiful Meilgård Castle, where you can enjoy culinary delights at the castle re­stau­rant. The hi­sto­ri­cal­ly important stone caves at Tustrup and the so-called Stone Tombs are also de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit. The kids will love Northern Europe's largest amusement park, Djurs Som­mer­land, just a 15-minute drive away, with new and exciting acti­vi­ties almost every year. In just a half-hour drive, you can also reach popular at­tra­ctions like the Scan­di­navi­an Wildlife Park, Ree Park Safari, and the exciting Kat­te­gat­cen­ter in Grenå. And of course, there’s eve­ryt­hing else on Djursland not to be forgotten.
