This at­tra­cti­ve pool holiday home welcomes you to a large natural plot on Øer Strand. The first room in the house is the activity room, where a table football and an air hockey game provide fun and variety. There is an open-plan kitchen and a dining area for the whole family. The living room, which is open to the dining area, is furnished with a large sofa for cosy hours. The three bedrooms each have a double bed. From the living room, a good, stable staircase leads up to the loft where there are two rooms for children. One of the rooms can sleep two children. The second can be used as a playroom. The bathroom has a sauna, WC and shower. A guest WC is also available.

Enjoy life outside
An open and a closed terrace adjoin the house. Good garden furniture and a barbecue invite you to spend cosy and sociable hours outdoors. The large garden offers space to play and relax. You live in a blind street. Instead of traffic noise, you can listen to wild birdsong.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The area around Øer is con­si­de­red a very child-friendly area with a rich animal and bird life. The beautiful beach is within walking distance. Not far away is the Øer Maritime Ferieby holiday complex, where you can do your daily shopping during the summer months. Active ho­li­day­ma­kers can look forward to a 13-kilometre MTB trail and several fitness routes in the area. The pi­c­tu­resque town of Ebeltoft with all its sights is around six ki­lo­metres away. The harbour is home to the Glass Museum, one of the leading museums of modern glass art, as well as several fis­h­mon­gers and good places to eat. In the town centre you will find the old town hall, Det Gamle Rådhus, where countless couples from all over the world get married every year. On summer evenings, you will meet the night watchman at the town hall, who is looking forward to pa­trol­ling the dark alleyways with you while singing. The largest amusement park in the north, Djurs Som­mer­land, is just under an hour's drive away and promises maximum fun for young and old with its rides and acti­vi­ties.
